About
Red Van Publishers offers multi-sensory teaching materials for
specific learning problems.
Our Teaching Adults and Adolescents Who Learn Differently
by Louise Skinner, Phyllis Gillespie and Lynda Balkam is a comprehensive
resource guide for not only recognizing learning differences and
learning styles, but providing effective step-by-step teaching
techniques (See a preview click here).
Red Van also publishes three phonetic fiction readers for adult
students who are just beginning to learn phonics. All three books,
which can be viewed on the Products page, were written by Dianne
Tucker-LaPlount.
Our See Hear! flashcards by Florence and Mike Dormer
were developed as an aid to teaching students who have difficulty
discriminating between certain pairs of sounds.
Our new multisensory literacy program WORDS: Writing, Read,
Spelling, (reading level 2-5) is written by two experienced teachers of adolescents and adults, Louise Skinner and Dianne Tucker-LaPlount. The Program consists of two student workbooks, and a comprehensive teacher's manual.
